About this role
TENEX, a rapidly growing AI-driven Managed Detection and Response provider, seeks an AI/ML Engineer to enhance their cybersecurity solutions. This remote role will involve designing scalable AI systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate in the field of cybersecurity.
What you'll do
- Drive large projects from inception to completion
- Design and build AI layers for autonomous detection and remediation
- Develop large-scale reasoning engines and pipelines
- Ensure evaluation and reliability of AI systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create robust detections
- Experiment with advanced AI methodologies
What they're looking for
- Experience in software development with modern languages (Python, Go, Rust, Java)
- Knowledge of agentic systems and graph architectures
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks and evaluation harnesses
- Understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong API design fundamentals
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proven leadership experience in multi-stakeholder projects
- Analytical problem-solving skills
