About this role

Taara is seeking a Systems Software Test Engineer to enhance the reliability of its innovative wireless optical communication technologies. The role focuses on automating and validating end-to-end systems, ensuring seamless integration between software and high-precision hardware.

What you'll do

  • Architect automated testing frameworks for embedded software and cloud integrations
  • Develop and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test benches for real-time software evaluation
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for quality assurance
  • Validate data paths between optical links and backend dashboards
  • Create regression suites to monitor network performance and stability

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
  • Experience in testing software on physical devices
