Synergy ECP is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize secure network solutions in support of high-performance and mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and will collaborate with various teams to enhance network security and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design and support secure network solutions
- Deploy and maintain network hardware
- Optimize network performance and reliability
- Monitor network issues and troubleshoot using tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement requirements
- Provide guidance to junior engineers

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of network engineering experience
- Experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
- Familiarity with WhatsUpGold and NetFlow
- Knowledge of secure network design
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with large-scale engineering efforts
- U.S. Citizenship
