What you'll do
- Conduct thermal design for satellite components
- Develop thermal simulations and conduct lab tests for semiconductor packages

- Document work effectively and review peer contributions
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in thermal design tools (e.g. Flotherm, Icepak)
- Experience with thermal modeling software (e.g. Thermal Desktop, ANSYS Workbench)
- Knowledge of scientific programming languages
- Familiarity with scripting languages
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
