What you'll do
- Serve as the technical liaison to resolve supplier challenges
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for outsourced parts
- Collaborate with procurement to match suppliers with part requirements
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) at supplier facilities
- Validate corrective actions from suppliers to ensure sustainability
- Drive improvement in supply chain performance and customer satisfaction

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9000, AS9100)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and improvements

- Ability to make timely risk-based decisions
