What you'll do
- Improve performance and reliability of Community Gateway hardware
- Provide technical support for sales teams

What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM or equivalent networking experience
- 1+ years of experience in networking and enterprise solutions
- Experience with networking hardware deployment
- Understanding of core networking concepts and protocols
- Knowledge of routing technologies and WAN architectures
- Troubleshooting skills for network integration issues
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with software engineering processes
