What you'll do
- Oversee PCBA/microelectronics manufacturing processes for Starlink hardware
- Manage new product introductions and equipment qualification
- Implement and automate high-reliability manufacturing processes
- Identify optimization opportunities for product quality and cost
- Drive volume production processes and manage documentation
- Conduct process training and maintain work instructions
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
- 1+ years in manufacturing process engineering or related fields
- Experience in high volume production and process development
- Hands-on knowledge of PCBA/microelectronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and design metrics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with CAD software like NX
- Strong communication skills
