What you'll do
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to deliver features
- Champion best coding practices and code quality improvements
- Own backend architecture and API design decisions
- Optimize system performance and reliability based on data analysis
- Integrate machine learning components into the backend pipeline
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in backend services or distributed systems
- Proficient in backend programming languages, especially Golang
- Experience with gRPC and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of scalable systems in cloud environments
- Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
