What you'll do
- Design the agent harness used in Scout AI's agentic stack
- Integrate full-stack software with physical hardware systems
- Develop simulation frameworks for agent training
- Connect AI models to real-world systems
- Fine-tune AI models and manage data acquisition pipelines
- Collaborate with warfighters to create efficient agent systems

- 5+ years in full-stack engineering
- Experience with agentic product development
- Systems-oriented engineering skills
- Integration with physical hardware or low-level systems
- Familiarity with simulation environments and game engines
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
