About this role
As a Solutions Engineer at Scale, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional technical support and tailored solutions to federal clients. This position requires a strong engineering background and an active US Government Security Clearance, as you'll be re-envisioning commercial offerings for a rapidly growing federal sector.
What you'll do
- Become an expert on Scale Products
- Create customized demonstrations for federal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Account Executives to manage customer pilots
- Integrate various datasets for government use cases
- Interact with customers to address their challenges and design solutions
- Work with internal teams to translate customer requirements into capabilities

- Engineering background (computer science, mathematics)
- Strong communication abilities
- Technical proficiency with new technologies
- Experience with Public Sector clients
- Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
