What you'll do
- Provide technical support for wire harness manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Optimize manufacturing workflows using Lean principles
- Lead root cause analysis for production issues
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering on design for manufacturability

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields
- Experience in wire harness manufacturing
- Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
- Proficiency with ERP/MES systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices
- Experience with electrical schematics and harness drawings
- Crimp validation experience
