  • Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
  • Proficiency with ERP/MES systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices
  • Experience with electrical schematics and harness drawings
  • Crimp validation experience
