About this role
Rocket Lab is seeking a Vehicle Integration Engineer (I/II) to support the integration, testing, and launch of the Neutron launch vehicle. The role involves developing processes, creating support tooling, and executing procedures for flight hardware integration in a collaborative and innovative environment.
What you'll do
- Develop con-ops and ground support tooling for Neutron integration
- Execute procedures for flight hardware and ground support equipment integration
- Support the Neutron Integration Manager with day-to-day execution
- Develop maintenance architecture and test operations for efficiency
- Manage multiple priorities aligned with project goals
- Maintain integration planning documents for Launch Vehicle configurations
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of launch vehicle hardware testing
- Proficiency in writing work instructions and procedures
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems
