What you'll do

  • Monitor and maintain workcells during second shift
  • Triage instrument faults and software errors
  • Coordinate recovery efforts with Research Operations scientists
  • Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and software systems
  • Run routine maintenance for reliable operations
  • Document events and status for shift handoff

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in lab automation or production operations
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with liquid handlers and high-throughput screening (bonus)
  • Familiarity with lab scheduling software (bonus)
  • Scripting/programming skills (Python, C#, or similar) (bonus)
  • Exposure to robotic systems (bonus)
