Figure, an AI Robotics company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee the Incoming Quality Lab within their manufacturing facility in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will manage quality control processes and ensure equipment functionality while working closely with inspectors and other teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage Incoming Quality Lab and QC workload
  • Develop Quality Control Plans and Work Instructions
  • Lead MRB meetings and manage MRB processes
  • Perform various inspections per QC plan
  • Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports
  • Initiate Non-conformance Reports and oversee quality tracking

  • 5+ years in manufacturing quality engineering
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Expertise in GD&T
  • Knowledge of Sampling Plan C=0 and ASQ Z1.4/MIL-STD-105
  • Proficient with inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
