Decagon is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to drive the integration of AI solutions in enterprise environments. This remote role combines technical advisory, product strategy, and pre-sales engineering to enhance customer experiences with AI-powered platforms.
What you'll do
- Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify solutions
- Create customized generative AI experiences for clients
- Develop tailored demonstrations using the Decagon platform
- Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with customers
