SpaceX is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to oversee the development of manufacturing and testing processes for satellite sub-assemblies. The engineer will collaborate across teams to ensure reliable delivery of hardware and contribute to the design of new systems.
What you'll do
- Manage assembly flow and testing operations for satellite sub-assemblies
- Address production area challenges to enhance efficiency
- Refine assembly procedures using feedback and lessons learned
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and reliability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize reliability

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 1+ years in mechanical/electromechanical design
- Experience in testing and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with propulsion and thermal systems
- Understanding of composites and avionics integration
- Documentation and configuration management skills
- Ability to develop test plans and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
