Saronic Technologies is looking for a Marine Mechanical Engineer to design and integrate mechanical systems for autonomous maritime vessels. The role involves developing support systems that operate effectively in challenging marine conditions and requires hands-on expertise in mechanical design.
What you'll do
- Design and develop marine auxiliary systems from concept to production
- Create layout and machinery arrangements
- Perform system-level analyses
- Select and integrate components

What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, or related field
- 2+ years of mechanical or fluid systems design experience
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
- Experience with piping, cooling, fuel, HVAC, or hydraulics
- Ability to conduct first-principles calculations
- Proficiency in CAD tools
