Saronic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to design and optimize tooling and fixtures for efficient production processes. The role includes collaboration with design teams, managing tooling fabrication, and implementing improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop manufacturing tooling and fixtures
  • Collaborate on Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
  • Support new product introductions with tooling validation
  • Create CAD models and engineering drawings
  • Manage tooling fabrication and vendor coordination
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 2–5+ years in tooling design
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with GD&T
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
