About this role

SpaceX seeks an RF/Analog IC engineer to design next-generation RFICs for Starlink satellite and ground systems. You'll develop cutting-edge mixed-signal circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes, working cross-functionally to deliver connectivity solutions globally.

What you'll do

  • Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
  • Derive RFIC subsystem and circuit specifications
  • Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes
  • Perform IC floor planning, layout, and parasite modeling
  • Evaluate and characterize prototypes; analyze full radio performance
  • Support manufacturing engineers on production testing and qualification
