About this role
Join a small, ambitious team building applied AI systems for private market investing. You'll own production systems end-to-end—from agent architectures to full-stack applications—evaluating new models and shipping durable workflows that turn AI capabilities into economically valuable tools.
What you'll do
- Build and operate production systems spanning agent architectures, full-stack applications, workflows, and data infrastructure
- Own system design, deployment, and iteration for agent-powered features from concept through production
- Evaluate new models, frameworks, and tool-use patterns, then productionize high-impact improvements
- Build evaluation pipelines, observability tooling, and human-review systems to ensure reliable agent behavior
- Develop durable workflows covering tool coordination, context management, state, retries, and failure recovery
- Lead cross-functional projects across product, agents, data, and infrastructure with direct user feedback
