About this role
Profound seeks its first Talent Engineer to build AI-powered recruiting automation and tooling that helps the company scale hiring efficiently. You'll design intelligent sourcing pipelines, automate screening and scheduling, create analytics dashboards, and develop systems that empower recruiters to work faster and smarter.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered sourcing pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards to identify qualified candidates
- Automate resume screening and skills matching using role-specific scorecards
- Eliminate scheduling friction through automated interview coordination and candidate communications
- Create pipeline analytics and reporting for hiring velocity, source quality, and time-to-fill visibility
- Develop outbound recruiting systems to reach candidates directly and reduce agency reliance
- Generate automated candidate briefs before interviews with full context

Benefits
