GTM Engineer, Pre-Sales
About this role
Profound, an AI-native marketing platform used by Fortune 500 companies, seeks a GTM Engineer to build the automated systems powering lead qualification, scoring, and routing. You'll design the technical infrastructure that captures prospect signals, ranks intent, and delivers sales-ready opportunities to reps at scale.
What you'll do
- Design and build lead capture, qualification, and routing systems across all prospect touchpoints
- Develop intent scoring models that identify high-probability buying signals over raw activity
- Create automated outbound sequence logic with personalized messaging at scale
- Own the full technical pipeline from data ingestion through enrichment, scoring, and delivery
- Build rep-facing outputs that eliminate manual data cleanup and enable immediate outreach
- Experiment with new platforms, APIs, and AI-native tools to expand system capabilities
