About this role
Profound seeks a Design Engineer to build polished, high-quality UI experiences for an AI-powered marketing platform used by Fortune 500 companies. You'll bridge design and engineering, shipping production-ready interfaces across the product and marketing surfaces while maintaining exceptional craft standards.
What you'll do
- Build and ship production-quality UI components and pages using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate designs into precise implementations
- Craft UI details including layouts, typography, responsive design, motion, and micro-interactions
- Contribute to shared design systems including components, patterns, and design tokens
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, and maintainability across the stack
- Raise frontend standards through code reviews and design critiques
