Sales Systems Engineer, Enterprise Operations
About this role
Perplexity seeks a Sales Systems Engineer to build and own the technical infrastructure powering enterprise sales operations, including CPQ, account scoring, data pipelines, and Salesforce-Snowflake integrations. This hands-on builder role scales systems from current state to billion-dollar ARR, working across sales, finance, and product teams.
What you'll do
- Configure and manage CPQ system including pricing rules, quote generation, approval workflows, and discount governance
- Build and maintain account and lead scoring models in Snowflake, pushing scores to Salesforce via reverse ETL
- Own data orchestration pipelines across Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, and GTM tools using Polytomic, Hightouch, and Workato
- Develop Salesforce configurations including flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning pages
- Establish account routing logic, opportunity assignment, and territory management
- Build Snowflake reporting models powering pipeline, forecast, and executive dashboards
