About this role
Machina Labs seeks a Robotic Process Engineer to optimize RoboForming, a robotic metal forming process that converts digital designs into production-ready parts. You'll generate robot tool paths, analyze forming data, and refine manufacturing strategies to accelerate production timelines for defense, aerospace, and mobility applications.
What you'll do
- Generate and optimize robot tool paths from CAD designs using RoboCraftsman system
- Analyze scan and forming data to improve process performance
- Develop and iterate on metal forming strategies based on real-world testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization
- Support CAD manipulation and digital tooling workflows
- Troubleshoot and refine robotic manufacturing processes
