About this role
Machina Labs seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support production scaling of intelligent robotic manufacturing systems that produce metal structures directly from digital designs. You'll optimize processes, facility layouts, and material flow while transitioning engineering designs into reliable, scalable manufacturing systems for defense and aerospace applications.

- Support production ramp and process development for RoboCraftsman robotic forming cells
- Optimize material flow, assembly processes, and facility layout
- Transition engineering designs into scalable manufacturing systems
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for complex metal structures
- Collaborate on robotic forming technology evolution and reliability improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges in a fast-paced environment
