About this role

Lynk seeks a Wireless Engineer to design and implement feeder link modems for satellite spacecraft and ground systems. You'll develop DSP algorithms and wireless protocols, delivering production code for software-defined radio platforms while validating performance through simulation and RF lab testing.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement DSP algorithms and wireless protocols at PHY and MAC layers
  • Develop production code for SDR platforms using single-board computers and FPGAs
  • Validate modem performance using RF equipment, spectrum analyzers, and channel simulators
  • Build test automation frameworks and manage CI/CD pipelines for modem testing
  • Perform link budget analysis and evaluate spacecraft radio and ground station selection
  • Collaborate with RF, electronics, and hardware teams to integrate and debug payload systems
