Figure, an AI robotics company, seeks a Deployment Engineer to support the development and commercial deployment of humanoid robots at customer sites. You'll serve as the on-site technical representative in Reno, NV, managing testing procedures, data analysis, and engineering coordination while ensuring customer expectations are met.

What you'll do

  • Act as on-site engineering representative for robot development and deployment activities
  • Design and execute testing plans and procedures aligned with customer needs and roadmap priorities
  • Conduct testing operations, collect data, and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain/exceed performance requirements
  • Analyze testing data to identify hardware and software improvements
  • Provide clear technical feedback to engineering teams
