About this role
Figma is hiring Full Stack Engineers to build products and platforms powering real-time design collaboration for millions of users globally. You'll work across the stack on features ranging from core editor improvements to new products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while owning projects end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features from polished UIs to scalable backend systems
- Own projects end-to-end including ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, and Data teams to shape product strategy
- Operate and continuously improve systems with focus on reliability, security, and scalability
- Mentor teammates and contribute to team culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to both new product development and improvements to existing products
