E-Space is hiring a Thin Film Solar Sputter Engineer to support manufacturing of advanced flexible solar modules for their LEO satellite IoT constellation. The role involves operating and optimizing roll-to-roll deposition equipment in a cleanroom environment to produce thin-film photovoltaic layers.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor thin-film sputter deposition equipment and roll-to-roll processing systems
- Optimize manufacturing processes for flexible photovoltaic module production
- Perform process control and quality monitoring in cleanroom environment
- Manage web handling and material flow during fabrication
- Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document process parameters and manufacturing data
