About this role

E-Space is seeking a SoC Platform Engineer to drive IP integration, system-level verification, and firmware development for a custom satellite communications chip. You'll work across hardware and software to bring up the SoC from initial integration through full validation, developing testbenches and test firmware in a fast-paced space technology environment.

What you'll do

  • Integrate IP blocks and manage system-level verification for custom SoC
  • Design and develop testbenches for comprehensive chip validation
  • Author test firmware and implement SoC features in silicon
  • Perform IP bring-up and troubleshooting across the hardware stack
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams on platform architecture
  • Document and validate full-chip functionality end-to-end
