About this role
EliseAI seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementation for enterprise housing clients, bridging presales discovery through go-live. You'll configure AI-driven workflows, advise customers on best practices, and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful platform adoption for complex, high-value accounts.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end technical implementation from presales discovery through configuration, testing, and deployment for enterprise customers
- Conduct technical discovery to map workflows, identify configuration requirements, and develop actionable implementation plans
- Configure and customize EliseAI's platform to match unique operational needs across housing verticals
- Present tailored best practice recommendations and advocate for configurations that drive adoption and measurable outcomes
- Synthesize implementation learnings and serve as internal voice of customer to inform Product and Engineering feedback
- Develop scalable internal assets including playbooks, templates, and frameworks to strengthen team capabilities
