EliseAI is seeking a Full Stack and Mobile Software Engineer to build AI-powered solutions that streamline housing and healthcare operations. You'll own significant projects, drive architectural improvements, and scale a platform serving thousands of users at a well-funded startup.
What you'll do
- Develop and ship features for the core leasing automation platform
- Own end-to-end feature development from design to deployment
- Propose and implement improvements to software architecture and design patterns
- Establish and drive engineering best practices across the team
- Build automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration
- Help recruit and onboard talented engineers to the team
