Software Engineer - Prediction Markets (Python)
About this role
DRW's Prediction Markets Desk seeks a Python software engineer to build trading infrastructure from concept to production. You'll develop real-time pricing pipelines, position management, and reconciliation systems while collaborating closely with quantitative researchers and traders in a high-autonomy environment.
What you'll do
- Build real-time pricing input pipelines, middle office, and cross-venue reconciliation systems
- Develop research tooling and infrastructure to support the trading desk
- Implement trading signals and strategies in production systems
- Own products through full lifecycle from prototype to stable production
- Work with both greenfield and legacy systems, primarily in Python
- Provide on-call support and harden systems for scalability across new venues
