About this role

Dorsia, a hospitality-tech platform connecting members to exclusive restaurants and experiences, is hiring a Platform Engineer to drive product quality through test automation and eliminate manual workflows across the company. You'll design robust automated testing frameworks while identifying and building internal automations that reduce toil and errors.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end) using frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Maestro
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep build signals reliable
  • Identify repetitive manual workflows across engineering, ops, support, and GTM teams for automation
  • Design and implement internal automations using low/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool), AI/LLMs, and Python/TypeScript scripts
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for critical automations and test systems
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities and define test coverage strategies
