Deepgram seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagements with prospects and customers, serving as the technical expert who connects advanced voice AI capabilities to customer business problems. You'll build proof-of-concepts, guide implementation strategy, and collaborate with sales teams to accelerate deal cycles while influencing product strategy based on market insights.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects
- Architect and implement proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations for customer use cases
- Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
- Partner with Account Executives to address technical objections and advance sales cycles
- Travel up to 50% to meet customers and support onsite engagements
- Contribute technical content and influence product strategy based on customer feedback
