Partner Success Engineer
About this role
Deepgram seeks a Partner Success Engineer to drive technical adoption and strategic growth with key partner organizations. You'll blend deep technical consulting, partner lifecycle management, and AI-native problem-solving to ensure Deepgram's voice AI platform succeeds within partners' environments.
What you'll do
- Serve as technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of strategic partners from developers to C-level executives
- Own full partner lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy
- Conduct live demos, workshops, architecture guidance, and troubleshooting to drive joint adoption
- Run continuous discovery to surface partner problems and translate them into product requirements
- Identify expansion opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, co-sell) and lead executive business reviews
- Build AI-native workflows and tools to eliminate recurring work and compound team efficiency
