Backend Engineer - New Grad
About this role
D3 is seeking a Backend Engineer (New Grad) to build blockchain-powered backend systems for a domain tokenization platform. You'll work on Web2/Web3 infrastructure connecting traditional domain registries with DeFi primitives, learning modern technologies alongside experienced engineers in a Los Angeles-based hybrid role.
What you'll do
- Design and implement backend services for domain registrar and marketplace platforms
- Develop systems that integrate with blockchain protocols
- Build payment integrations supporting traditional and cryptocurrency payments
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
- Debug and improve existing codebases with senior engineer mentorship
- Translate product requirements into backend features collaboratively
