About this role

Cyberhaven seeks a Solutions Engineer to support mid-market and SMB sales teams through the pre-sales process for accounts under 2,500 employees. You'll deliver product demonstrations, guide technical evaluations, manage partner relationships, and collaborate with product teams to drive continuous improvement in their AI-powered data security platform.

What you'll do

  • Support sales teams with pre-sales activities from opportunity qualification through production deployment
  • Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and messaging
  • Own and manage proof-of-concept evaluations to successful completion
  • Build and maintain technical relationships with channel partners
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feature releases and field feedback
