About this role
Join Cursor's Infrastructure team to build and operate the cloud foundation powering a rapidly growing AI coding tool. You'll own Kubernetes clusters, multi-region deployments, edge security, and cost optimization across their production systems.
What you'll do
- Build and operate production Kubernetes clusters with service mesh, scaling, and ingress capabilities
- Design and implement geo-replicated deployment architecture across cloud regions and providers
- Develop edge and security infrastructure for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and traffic optimization
- Establish cost attribution systems and optimize cloud spending across the organization
- Define container orchestration strategy and enable team self-service deployment
- Maintain infrastructure-as-code practices and system reproducibility
