About this role

Build enterprise-grade infrastructure for Cursor's platform, including organization management, access control, audit logging, and compliance features. You'll design and implement the foundational systems that enable large organizations to manage thousands of users securely and efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Design and build organization management systems supporting multi-level structures, groups, roles, and SCIM provisioning
  • Implement fine-grained RBAC with roles, permissions, and resource scopes across organizations, teams, and resources
  • Develop enterprise settings and security policies including org-wide defaults and configuration inheritance
  • Create comprehensive, queryable audit logging infrastructure for compliance and investigation
  • Build admin APIs and internal tooling for enterprise admins, customer success, and sales engineering
  • Ship end-to-end compliance features including SSO enforcement, session management, and procurement controls
