Crusoe seeks a Load Integration & Model Development Engineer to support grid interconnection of large-load AI infrastructure facilities across regional markets like ERCOT, SPP, and MISO. The role involves conducting power flow studies, managing interconnection applications, and collaborating with internal teams on technical specifications for grid integration projects.

What you'll do

  • Conduct grid integration studies and power flow analyses for large-load facilities
  • Support interconnection applications with technical data verification and submission
  • Perform load deliverability studies per regional transmission planning criteria
  • Draft technical specifications and support business development proposals
  • Manage transmission injection and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and attend conferences
