About this role
CookUnity seeks an AI Native Engineer to redesign workflows across the company by identifying automation opportunities, building production-ready AI agents and internal tools, and continuously optimizing them. You'll combine business analysis, systems integration, and engineering to unlock 10-100x improvements in team efficiency.
What you'll do
- Map end-to-end workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities that drive step-change value
- Design future-state processes deciding when to use agentic solutions vs. deterministic apps with appropriate human checkpoints
- Build and ship production AI tools and workflows that teams rely on daily, not prototypes
- Own deployed solutions in production: monitor KPIs, manage model evaluations, and continuously improve performance
- Work across the company's toolstack including APIs, data warehouses, workflow orchestration, and databases
- Document patterns and build institutional knowledge to increase AI adoption across teams
