About this role
Conversion, an AI-powered marketing automation platform, is hiring a GTM Engineer in San Francisco to design and optimize their go-to-market infrastructure. You'll blend technical systems-building with creative GTM strategy—managing data pipelines, outbound campaigns, and vendor optimization across the entire sales and marketing stack.
What you'll do
- Build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach workflows
- Create and refine cold email, LinkedIn, and nurture sequences with high-quality copy
- Develop ICP models and segmentation logic to focus efforts on high-fit accounts
- Set up data pipelines, CRM integration, and automation across GTM tools
- Evaluate and optimize GTM stack vendors (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, etc.)
- Enable SDRs with playbooks, target lists, and tooling for sales acceleration
