About this role

Conductor is building AI-powered coding agents for developers and is seeking a founding product engineer to join the small co-founder team in San Francisco. You'll work across design, prototyping, and engineering to shape a product already used by engineers at companies like Linear, Vercel, and Stripe.

What you'll do

  • Design and build features for an AI coding agent platform
  • Talk with users to understand needs and gather feedback
  • Prototype and iterate on product ideas rapidly
  • Contribute across the full stack using TypeScript, Tauri, and React
  • Help shape product direction and strategy as a founding engineer
  • Collaborate closely with co-founders on technical decisions
