About this role
Cohere seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver production-grade LLM-powered agentic workflows for enterprise customers. You'll bridge our North AI platform with client engineering teams, solving complex problems in regulated industries while traveling 20-40% to work on-site with customers.
What you'll do
- Translate enterprise business problems into well-scoped agentic workflows with clear success metrics
- Lead design, build, and deployment of LLM-powered agents that integrate with tools, APIs, and enterprise data sources
- Develop features for North platform across the full product lifecycle from conception to production
- Own end-to-end use case scoping and shape solutions flexing into frontend or other technical areas as needed
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency beyond trial-and-error approaches
- Travel on-site with customers and establish engineering quality standards across teams
