About this role

Join a newly formed federal team at an AI lab as a foundational DevOps Engineer responsible for architecting and maintaining complex federal enterprise deployments. You'll own the technical lifecycle of strategic deployments, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and directly influence the product roadmap by translating customer challenges into core platform improvements.

What you'll do

  • Architect and maintain end-to-end technical lifecycle of mission-critical federal enterprise deployments
  • Work with customer engineering teams to define deployment scope and ensure federal regulatory compliance
  • Contribute directly to core product codebase to improve deployability and operability across diverse environments
  • Translate field learnings and customer pain points into product requirements and solutions
  • Build integrations and automation using APIs to unblock deployments and solve operational challenges
  • Serve as technical liaison between federal team and internal infrastructure engineering teams
