About this role

ClickUp is seeking a GTM DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the reliability, automation, and deployment infrastructure for their Go-To-Market technology stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and AI agent workloads on GCP and AWS. You'll own CI/CD pipelines, platform observability, cloud infrastructure, and security practices while supporting business-critical systems at scale.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and AI agent deployments on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock
  • Establish SLA/SLO definitions and standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbooks across GTM systems with proactive health checks
  • Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles with data masking, segmentation, and promotion standards
  • Own cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS using Infrastructure as Code practices for Business Systems workloads
  • Implement safe rollout patterns including feature toggles, phased launches, automated validation, and rollback procedures
  • Establish secrets management standards, API key rotation policies, and security posture across all Business Systems infrastructure
