Business Systems Engineer
About this role
ClickUp seeks a Business Systems Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered automations and integrations across the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and modern iPaaS platforms. You'll build intelligent agents and LLM-based workflows while architecting reliable, scalable business systems that eliminate manual effort and accelerate revenue operations.
What you'll do
- Design and develop AI-powered automations and agentic workflows using ClickUp Super Agents, LLMs, and MCP integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft
- Build end-to-end integrations for critical business flows such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and order-to-fulfillment pipelines
- Create internal tooling and low-code/no-code solutions using platforms like Retool to extend business systems capabilities
- Write automation scripts and data transformation logic in Python, JavaScript, or Apex to bridge platform gaps
- Monitor integration health, perform root-cause analysis on failures, and implement durable fixes with strong observability
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and determine production-readiness for GTM business systems use cases
