Join Clera as engineer #4 to build AI-powered recruiting automation that disrupts a $600B industry. You'll have full ownership of product areas, ship daily, and work alongside experienced founders in a San Francisco hackerhouse with a $3M pre-seed and paying customers already.
What you'll do
- Own entire product features from concept through production deployment
- Build and scale agentic AI systems that automate recruiting workflows
- Ship code to production daily with direct impact on product direction
- Collaborate with founding team and iterate based on customer feedback
- Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, and LLM APIs
